This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8106 of 2023 dated 17.04.2023 in Crime No.14/2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
