ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner, wherein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner is seeking for rejection of the complaint made by the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of R1 to R3 circulated the proceedings of the second respondent dated 11.12.2020. A careful reading of the proceedings of the second respondent shows that the second respondent has rejected the complaint given by the fourth respondent and has directed the parties to resolve the dispute before the competent Civil Court.

3.The submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded and the order passed by the second respondent dated 11.12.2020 is taken on file and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
