C.S No.313 of 2021 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs filed a memo dated 28.02.2024 stating that this Court by a judgment dated 08.02.2024, decreed the suit in terms of the memorandum of compromise and in the prayer portion of the judgment, following the typographical error in the clean copy of the plaint and in the amended plaint, the Will date was inadvertently mentioned as 10.06.1996 instead of 10.06.1991. Hence, he prays to rectify the date of the Will as 10.06.1991 in the prayer portion contained in the clean copy of the plaint and in the amended plaint without filing an amended plaint. Accordingly, this memo is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the date of the Will in the prayer portion of the judgment dated 08.02.2024 in C.S No.313 of 2021 shall be read as 10.06.1991.

4. In other aspects, the earlier order passed by this Court dated 08.02.2024, shall stand unaltered.

ii) Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
