Challenging the order of the District Registrar of Pattukkottai, dated 30.05.2012, an appeal was filed by the petitioner before the respondent on 30.06.2012. As the same has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.
Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 30.06.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
