This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.13273 of 2023 on 23.06.2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the 1st working day of 1st & 3rd week of every English calendar month before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the TNPID Act, Chennai at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
