This petition has been filed to amend the offences as Sections 379, 430 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act 1957 instead of Sections 379, 430 of IPC r/w 36 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act in Crl.O.P.No.14464 of 2023 by order dated 28.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.14464 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of one week is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
