Prayer:- Writ Petition filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner Mrs.G.Roseline Deepa as B.T.Assistant [Maths] in the fifth respondent Alangara Annai Girsl Higher Secondary School, Varadarajanpet - 621 805, Ariyalur District, w.e.f. 01.03.2019 with all service and monetary benefits. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner as B.T. Assistant [Maths] in the fifth respondent school w.e.f. 01.03.2019 with all service and monetary benefits.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as B.T. Assistant [Maths] in the fifth respondent school with effect from 01.03.2019 in the vacancy arising out of the transfer of one 2/5

Mrs.A.Sophia Dolours and the fifth respondent forwarded the proposal of the appointment of the petitioner to the educational authorities for approval vide proceedings dated 18.06.2019. After certain query, explanation has been given and the infirmities have been set right by a letter dated 10.11.2020. Even after complying the returns, the proposal of the fifth respondent has not been considered by the third respondent and no Orders has been passed based on the proposal sent by the fifth respondent. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 for grant of approval of the appointment of the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that they will pass Orders on the proposal sent by the fifth respondent within a period of six weeks.

4. In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider the proposal sent by the fifth respondent and pass Orders on its own merits a within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 13.07.2023 Index:Yes/No vrc To,
