Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.M.BHALLA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the learned Special Judicial Magistrate for Land Grabbing Offences, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition to dispense with the Personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court in S.T.C.No.419

of 2018 is dispensed with.
