This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.11868 of 2023 dated 01.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
