This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.8285 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.8204 of 2026. dated 30.04.2026.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner produced a Medical Certificate dated 02.06.2026. A perusal of the Medical Certificate, reveals that the petitioner underwent Surgery-Robotic assisted low anterior resection with loop ileostomy done on 10.07.2025.

3. Considering the medical condition of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.8285 of 2026 in Crl.OP.No.8204 of 2026. dated 30.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
