ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 08.03.2021 in W.P. No.5439 of 2021.

2. When this petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the wall has been reconstructed and the order passed by this Court on 08.03.2021 in W.P.No.5439 of 2021 has been complied with.

3. The Respondents 1 and 2 appeared before this Court, as per the order of this Court dated 20.06.2023 and reiterated the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2.
