This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2024, with a request to give water connection to his residence.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
