ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working as house maid in the house of one Ahmed Shabagh. There was some dispute with regard to the salary and thereafter she was stopped from the work. Now a false complaint has been lodged against her. Based on which, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner was a house maid. The Specific allegation as against the petitioner is that the petitioner has stolen valuable articles from the house of said Ahmed Shabagh. Hence, only for the purpose of enquiry she was called for and the same cannot be termed as harassment.

4. Finding that the petitioner was called for enquiry on the complaint given by Ahmed Shabagh, petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 11.10.2021 and on future dates if required. If the petitioner fails to appear before the respondent police coercive action to be taken with.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
