This petition is filed to amend the prayer in the writ petition and affidavit with respect to the situation of the east west pathway as western side instead of northern side in the above said writ petition.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
