ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify or relax the reporting condition imposed in the order dated 28.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7658 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5604 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 28.04.2026 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7658 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5604 of 2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
