O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J) This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court on 27.04.2023 in W.P.No.7173 of 2023 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was represented by Mr.Arl.Sundaresan, Additional Solicitor General, appearing for the Respondent that a Show Cause Notice was issued to the Petitioner on 28.06.2023, as to why he did not comply with the orders of this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition, by joining duty within the time stipulated by this Court and thereafter, the Petitioner has approached Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing SLP ( c) No.16124-16125/2023 and the same was dismissed on 07.08.2023. He further submitted that after the dismissal of the aforesaid SLP, the Petitioner has reported for duty on 11.08.2023 and that the Respondent is not inclined to take action against the Petitioner.
