A.No.3594 of 2021 in C.S.DR.No.87448 of 2021 V.PARTHIBAN,J.

This application has been filed by the plaintiffs/applicants for grant leave of this Court to institute the above civil suit for the properties which are outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to pass a judgment and decree against the defendants and in favour of the plaintiffs for partition of the suit schedule properties by metes and bounds and allot 1/10th share in the suit properties each to the plaintiffs and for other consequential reliefs.

3. According to the learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs that the suit has been filed for partition of the schedule mentioned properties. Even though the cause of action is well within this jurisdiction of this Court, but some of the properties mentioned in the schedule are outside the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, this leave application is filed.
