ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the 3rd respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5300 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to review the request and issue an order specifying the name of the destination country, the date of departure and return and the address of the petitioner's stay along with other relevant details.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the third respondent permitted the petitioner to travel to foreign countries, for business purpose on 23.05.2025. He also produced a compliance affidavit filed by the third respondent before this Court.
