Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.

GOVINDARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.12.2020, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 08.12.2020 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
