3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 907 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.83970 of 2022 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.A.Murugan as learned counsel for the respondent. Post the matter 'for hearing' on 20.09.2022.
