ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Respondents 6 to 43 in the writ petition have come up with the instant review application, seeking review of the order dated 17 February 2016 rendered in W.P.No.5737 of 2016.
2.This Court, examining the complaint of the writ petitioner, without interfering with the order, observed as under: 5.Mr.N.Sampath, learned standing counsel for the second respondent submits that the proceedings of the first respondent dated 11 January 2016 will be complied with, within a period of two weeks from today. 3.In the said order, this Court recorded the submission of Mr.N.Sampath, learned standing counsel for the second respondent therein.
4.Learned counsel appearing for the review applicants submits that the submission is treated as an order of the Court. 5.We make it clear that we have not passed any order in the writ petition and as such, no review is necessitated. Accordingly, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
