Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to clarify the order dated 24.09.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1205 of 2018 and pass such further or other orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SUNDARAVADANAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C to clarify the order dated 24.09.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1205 of 2018.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has appeared as the intervener in anticipatory bail petition Crl.O.P.No.1205 of 2018 dated 24.09.2018 and according to him the case was not closed, but it has been recorded as closed. Hence, he filed this present petition seeking clarification.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.SIde) submits that the enquiry was conducted and closed as mistake of fact and recording the same, the petition was closed. He further submits that the RCS notice was also served on 20.01.2021.

4. This Court had closed the petition in view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), with direction to serve the notice on the de-facto complainant. If notice/closure report has not yet been served, the respondent shall serve the same on the de-facto complainant. In view of the above, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this petition is closed and clarified with the aforesaid direction.
