Respondents Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from proceeding with the tender in respect of Tender Notice Nos.05/2018-2019/HDO/NH and 04/2018-2019/HDO/NH dated 12.06.2018 and 11.06.2018 under Revamped Control Road Fund Scheme 2018-19 without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioners and receiving the bids of the petitioners. C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed to forbear the 2nd respondent from proceeding with the tender in respect of Tender Notice Nos.05/2018-2019/HDO/NH and 04/2018-2019/HDO/NH dated 12.06.2018 and 11.06.2018 under Revamped Control Road Fund Scheme 2018-19 without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioners and receiving the bids of the petitioners. 2.When the matter was taken up today, Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the Officer viz., Mr.R.N.Dhanasekaran, Assistant Divisional Engineer, National Highways, Walajah, who was also present in the Court, fairly submitted that the request of the petitioners would be considered.

3.Mr.R.N.Dhanasekaran, Assistant Divisional Engineer, National Highways, Walajah, through the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioners' applications will be considered and the Quality Certificate will be issued to the petitioners today itself.

4.Recording his statement, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
