ORDER

The petitioner made a representation dated 16.12.2015 to the 2nd respondent seeking enquiry towards the changes of entry into A Register and revenue records and in the UDR pattas. As no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent is the competent authority and no representation is said to have been made to the said authority.

3.Considering the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the 1st respondent. As and when such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation is received, the 1st respondent shall pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the third party if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
