Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THIRUVENGADAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.ASWINI DEVI, Advocate for the respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the defendant in the suit filed for specific performance. Upon hearing the parties, the suit has been decreed. Aggrieved over the judgment and decree of the trial Court, the present appeal has been filed. Pending appeal, the petitioner seeks stay.

Considering the submission made, the interim order granted on 05.03.2019 is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
