Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.73/BCDFGISSSV/2022, dated 05.07.2022 passed by the second respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Yuvaraj S/o.Nagaraj aged about 25 years the detenu herein at liberty.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
