ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to hear, consider and dispose of the representations dated 7.6.2012 of the Petitioner federation.
2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner federation dated 7.6.2012, after giving notice to the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
