ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16943 of 2020, dated 09.11.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16943 of 2020 by order dated 09.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Gopichettipalayam, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
