ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.08 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that a closure report is going to be filed before the Judicial Magistrate V, Tirupur.

In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the closure report shall be filed by the respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
