in Crl.O.P.No.844 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to modify one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.844 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022, wherein at the time of granting bail, they were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.209 of 2021 within two weeks from the date of order. But, they have partly complied the order by obtaining the bail. Thus, they have not complied the conditional order as they were promised before this court at the time of argument in the bail application. However, for the past seven months, as per the promise made by them, they have not complied the same. Now, they have filed a second application for modification of the said condition.

2. As per the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), more than Rs.1 crore 50 lakhs is involved as they 1/3

committed cheating to the customers, who subscribed chit and filed this petition. So, the conduct of petitioners reveal that they are not inclined to comply the order passed by this Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition as they failed to comply the earlier condition imposed in the bail order granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and consequently, the bail granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.844 of 2022 is cancelled. 09.11.2022 rpp 2/3
