To permit the Administrator General and Official Trustee to revise the consolidated pay of the office boy Mr.R.Kolanchinathan from Rs.39,000/- per month to Rs.42,600/- per month with effect from 01.01.2024 and permit the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu to pay the same from and out of the funds of the Trust Estate of Nagai Vishalakshi Ammal.

O R D E R

This application has been filed by the learned Administrator General & Official Trustee seeking to revise the salary of Mr.R.Kolanchinathan, Office Boy, working in the office of the Administrator General & Official Trustee.

2. By order dated 30.04.2021, this Court had fixed the salary of the said R.Kolanchinathan, at Rs.39,000/- per month with a revision of pay once in three years as decided by this Court based on the Appraisal Report of the learned Administrator General & Official Trustee.

3. The learned Administrator General & Official Trustee has filed a Report stating that if annual increments are granted to him as is the practice for other employees, he would be entitled to a pay of Rs.42,600/- per month with effect from 01.01.2024.

4. Accepting the Report of the learned Administrator General & Official Trustee, the pay of R.Kolanchinathan, Office Boy, is revised as Rs.42,600/- per month with effect from 01.01.2024. The learned Administrator General & Official Trustee is permitted to pay the same out of the funds of the Trust Estate of Nagai Visalakshi Ammal.

5. This Application is ordered accordingly.
