Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for Respondents 1 and 2, producing a copy of the communication dated 17.07.2018 of the 1st Respondent herein, submitted that permission has been granted to the Petitioner/College for admitting 100 students in B.D.S. Course for the academic year 2018-19 and that the Petitioner/College would become entitled to admit students in B.D.S. & M.D.S. Courses for the academic year 2019-20 in furtherance of its earlier recognition.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
