ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.Sathiyaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the official respondents.

2. Encroachment is alleged by the petitioner on S.No.92. The pleadings are in respect of S.No.95.

3. The learned State Government Pleader submits that there is no encroachment in S.No.95. As far as S.No.92 is concerned, survey is conducted and show cause notice is issued to the alleged encroachers and further steps would be undertaken in accordance with law.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
