Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the respondent herein in his proceedings No.1252/Pers.Estt.1/2024 dated 02.07.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to empanel the petitioner for the post of Assistant General Manager (Milk Production) and promote him to the post of Assistant General Manager (Milk Production) by taking into the fact that the Appellate Authority by his order dated 27.02.2023 has set aside the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority dated 02.11.2022 imposing a punishment of stoppage of increment for one year.
