ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions mentioned in para No.7 imposed on the petitioners herein by this Court, vide order dated 16.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15148 of 2025. 1/4

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the first and second petitioners herein with one of the condition in para No.7(c), that they have to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the petitioners suffered from viral fever and bed ridden till 09.06.2025, therefore they were not fit enough to surrender themselves before the Magistrate concerned and to comply with the aforesaid condition. He also submitted that the first petitioner is undergoing probation in SBI and the second petitioner is also a Government employee, therefore sought for extension of time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioners herein and modification of the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the first and second petitioners by this Court, vide order dated 16.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15148 of 2025.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and the 2/4
averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the fact that both first and second petitioners are Government employees, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the first and second petitioners to the effect that they shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation and the time to comply with the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, vide order dated 16.05.2025 in Crl.O.P. No.15148 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
