In this miscellaneous petition, this court by its order dated 10.08.2023, has granted interim suspension of the operation of the judgment and decree passed by the appellate court, for a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending without any interim order, till now. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
