The Writ Petition is listed today under the caption, "For Withdrawal", based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to the Registry on 11.09.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Writ Petition today.

2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and in view of the letter submitted by him, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2012 is vacated and the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
