(CRIME NO.1456 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax until further orders condition of reporting on daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m before respondent police imposed upon by this Hon'ble court by an order made in Crl.OP.NO.14830 of 2020 dated 22/09/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14830 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14830 of 2020 dated 22.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
