When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the ban that was imposed in G.O.Ms.No.212, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department dated 29.11.2001 has already been lifted on 14.02.2006 and therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
