A.No. 4005 of 2021 and O.A.No.802 of 2016 in C.S.No.586 of 2016 N.SESHASAYEE, J., Learned counsel for the applicant informs that the written statement of the 7th defendant / applicant has already been taken on record after condonation of delay in filing it vide order dated 24.07.2018 in A.No.4132 of 2018, however, the written statement could not be traced and hence the present application.

2.The plaintiff offers no objection to the same.

3.In essence, the 7th defendant has right, essentially the reconstruction of the earlier written statement which is lost in the Registry.

4.This application is allowed. The written statement of the 7th defendant is taken on record.
