The learned Government Pleader placed before this Court the instructions furnished by the District Collector, Thiruvallur and on perusal of the same, it is noticed that the petitioner herein was paid the pensionary benefits by crediting the said amount into bank account of the petitioner i.e., an amount of Rs.35,933/- towards Special Provident Fund, 1984 and an amount of Rs.3,40,424/- towards Encashment of earned leave and an amount of Rs.1,27,659/- towards encashment of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
