This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19529 of in Crl.O.P.No.21767 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
