The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear respondent Nos.2 to 4 from illegally restraining the petitioner from discharging his official duties of the petitioner as President of Therkupoigainallur Village Panchayat, Nagapattinam District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed.
