Application Nos.3472 & 3474 of 2024 Application No.3472 and 3474 of 2024 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., M/s.P.Elakkiya, learned counsel appearing for the applicant in both applications would submit that the mandate of the Arbitrator expired, therefore, these applications have been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by another period of one year.
2. Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader (CS) for the respondents has no objection for extension of the mandate.
3. This Court, upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent, who has no objection for extending the mandate and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavits of these applications, is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator by another period of ten months.
4. Accordingly, this application is ordered. Consequently, the Mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for a period of ten months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator from the Registry.
