(CRIME NO.409/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly i.e on every Monday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.MP.5390/2020 in Crl.OP.10953/2020 dated 10.09.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.5390 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10953 of 2020 on 10.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
