ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Dinesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 3.

2. After giving the representation, within fifteen days the writ petition is filed. In fact, reasonable time will have to be given to the

authorities to consider the representation. In case action is not taken for a considerable period, then the litigant may have right to approach the Court.

3. In light of that, we are not inclined to pass any further orders in the matter. If, after reasonable time, say six months, no action is taken, then the petitioner may approach the Court. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
