This Writ Petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already filed a miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.23405 of 2023 seeking amendment in the prayer portion of the main Writ Petition. But the final order has been passed in the above Writ Petition on 18.12.2023 without allowing the miscellaneous petition filed seeking amendment and without making necessary amendment in the prayer portion of the above Writ Petition. Therefore, he requested this Court to allow the above said miscellaneous petition filed seeking certain amendment in the prayer of the main Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court today allowed W.M.P.No.23405 of 2023 seeking amendment in the prayer of the Writ Petition vide separate order sheet.

4. Therefore, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the order dated 18.12.2023 and issue a corrected copy of the order to the parties in this Writ Petition. gsk 21.03.2024 R.N.MANJULA,J.
