ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on first and third Monday every month, until further orders imposed in the Crl.M.P.No.921 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.666 of 2023 dated 27.01.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while suspending sentence, this Court by an order dated 04.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.8648 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.666 of 2023, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.921 of 2025 and the same was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month, until further orders vide order dated 27.01.2025. To relax the said modified condition, the petitioner filed the present petition. Page No.2 of 4

4. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
