ORDER

The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs in O.S. No.223 of 2023 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Erode (renumbered in O.S. No.224 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Elumatur, Erode District). The petitioners seek expeditious disposal of the 1/4

said suit.

2. I had called for a report from the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, in and by order dated 20.06.2025, the learned District Judge has forwarded the report of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Elumathur to the Registry of this Court, in and by proceedings in D.No.5645/2025 dated 08.07.2025. The learned District Munsif has sought for six months time to dispose of the suit and has also set out the stage of the said proceedings in detail, in which the suit is presently being viz., for the report of the Commissioner/Advocate Commissioner and also the second defendant having not filed written statement till date.

3. In view of limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents hereby dispensed with. Considering the suit is of the year 2024, I direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, to conclude the trial in O.S. No.224 of 2024, after affording an opportunity to both the parties and dispose of the same within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
