ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for police protection for the property belonging to the petitioner. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the judgment and decree passed in favour of the petitioner, an appeal has been filed before the Sub Court, Tambaram and the same is pending in A.S.No.32 of 2019.

3.In view of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The parties will have to necessarily seek for the relief only in the pending appeal in A.S.No.32 of 2019. The police cannot interfere with the dispute at this stage.

4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the parties to agitate their rights and seek for necessary relief before the appellate Court in A.S.No.32 of 2019.
